The Executive of the Faculty Association and the negotiating team are interested in meeting with faculty in the various academic units to learn your views on various matters. We are currently engaged in bargaining for a new collective agreement and would appreciate your input on bargaining issues.  These include workload and faculty complement, salary and the salary grid, employment and pay equity, and various other matters.  As well, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the implications of the Integrated Planning Process that the University has undertaken.

Meetings have been scheduled for all USFA members.  Check the end of this message or the USFA Website for your meeting date and location. All meetings are scheduled from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Please bring a bag lunch.  Feel free to attend one of the other meetings if you are unable to attend the meeting scheduled for your department or college.
