WE WON!!!The question of whether we should be charged a taxable benefit for our parking was heard in Tax Court on August 29. The decision came down in our favour on September 23. Judge Beaubier determined that for graveled parking stalls the rate as determined by the Collective Agreement is the correct calculation. There is no taxable benefit.
