Bargaining Update
February 22, 2007603 days without a new contract
This is to report that at yesterday’s session the USFA Bargaining Team presented a revised comprehensive offer of settlement in an effort to address all outstanding issues and reach an agreement.
The employer is currently reviewing the USFA offer and has advised that they are preparing a response.
We have agreed to intensive bargaining and have scheduled a number of bargaining sessions over the next few weeks. Here is our tentative bargaining schedule:
Monday, February 26; 9:00 a.m. to Noon
Tuesday, February 27; 9.00 a.m. to Noon
Wednesday, February 28; 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 1; 9:00a.m. to 1:00 and after 3:00 p.m.
Friday, March 2; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, March 5; 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 6; 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 7; 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 8; 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 10 and Sunday, March 11; 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
Monday, March 12; 9:00 a.m. to Noon
Wednesday, March 14; 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and after 3:30 p.m.
