Your thoughts on negotiations
The USFA Executive and Negotiating Team received over 50 e-mail responses to our two most recent e-Letters. Many suggestions relevant to negotiations were raised. In order of popularity, your suggestions included: 1) increased wages with emphasis on equitable treatment of full professors, 2) a new appointment category for Professionally Qualified Faculty, 3) increased tuition scholarship funds, 4) increased duration of primary caregiver benefits, and 5) a larger interest free housing loans.If you haven’t already done so, please let us know your ideas about issues to consider for upcoming negotiations contacting our Chief Negotiator Professor Cheesman or one of the Executive officers listed below:
