2007-09 Collective Agreement

On February 13, 2009 a tentative agreement was reached between the USFA and the University of Saskatchewan to extend the 2007-09 Collective Agreement for one year to June 30, 2010. The tentative agreement was ratified by the USFA at a General Membership Meeting on February 25, 2009.

The terms of the 2007-09 Collective Agreement remain unchanged, except for the following:

1. All members of the bargaining unit receive a 5.25% scale increase to their salaries.

2. Floors, ceilings and Career Development Increases (CDIs) increase by 5.25% as follows:

3. The Accountable Professional Expense Allowance for bargaining unit members ill increase to $2,050 per annum.

4. The size of the merit pool at the College level will be increased by 40 CDIs.
